Before your consultation with Dr. Ourian, review and prepare the following:

- Review your health insurance coverage if applicable
- Gather any necessary health records or information
- Consider your goals and expectations for the procedure
- Write down your questions for Dr. Ourian
Along with any necessary information and a list of questions, some patients prefer to bring reference photos to their appointment to explain their cosmetic goals.

New Patient Forms
At Ourian Plastic Surgery, we take pride in being totally green! After you schedule your appointment with Dr. Ourian, new patient registration forms will be sent to you by email and/or text message to fill out electronically before your visit.

Ourian Plastic Surgery is located in the heart of Beverly Hills on the world-famous Rodeo Drive, home to renowned boutiques and shops. Our office is located on the Garden Level of the Rodeo Collection.

Valet parking is available in the Rodeo Collection. Additionally, there is a City of Beverly Hills parking structure half a block away, on the corner of Rodeo Dr. and Brighton Way, which offers 2 hours of complimentary parking.
